Corporate Social Responsibility
The discussion on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is viewed by many as being very abstract. In practice, companies and employees often do not know how to show social responsibility that goes beyond collective agreement terms and the local working environment.
This is why the Danish Confederation of Trade Unions has asked the research company, Oxford Research, to carry out a survey and an analysis of the most widely recognised Danish and international methods and guidelines for workplaces that want to take on a social responsibility.
The report lists 40 tools each consisting of a set of criteria, or a procedure, to follow in order to integrate CSR at the workplace.
